Uk/us Shoe Sizes

Sorry another question! Wanted to buy a few pairs of shoes in the US, I'm normally a UK 4.5, what size would I be in the US?
Also for kids shoes my daughter is a 13 and 2 year old son is a 7, how would I work out these sizes?

Have a look here for a conversion chart. If you're after trainers (Nike / Adidas etc) don't worry, the US and UK sizes are printed on the boxes.
