Welllll when I think back to where I could have gone wrong the cup of lofat/nosalt pretzels most every night comes to mind. So gonna cut down to 1/2cup and see if it makes a difference.
Ive also been sneaking in an ice pop here and there. They are all gone now. Gonna look for a make your own popsicle maker so I can fill it with Crystal Light.
Im gonna cut out the daily Slim Fast too. I like to eat my calories more than drink them so I'll give that a try. I plugged my food into fitday and w/out the Slim Fast seems Im still getting my nutrients.
DH says it's all turning to muscle. He says "Well, just look at ya. I know youre loosing"
(But I need to see numbers go down - at least they didnt go up)
