Not always. I've done "Community" crap. We go hang out in some rec room of old people buildings. They come to us...and we aren't doing PERSONAL exams!

But they always know when people are coming, it is posted.

That's true, but like you said, you are in a public place, and it's been posted. And my guess is you are doing basic stuf, BP readings, maybe looking at throats, check pulse rates. Like you said "nothing personal."
