Ugh...piecing together BOG lunch pressies

11:05 - 1 person
11:35 - 1 person
12:25 - 2 people

Still 2 short.

Can we all show up at 11:35? Advice appreciated. This is for October 4.

No. You have 3 separate reservations, they will not combine such diverse times into one reservation. If the 11:05 person doesn't show up until 11:35 most likely they will have been treated as a no show and charged the fee by that point. They also won't be able to seat the second group of 2 an hour early. For BoG especially, you need to have the proper reservation, there is very little chance of adding people or of having them seated an hour early.

If they had room for 6 at one time you would be able to book it. I honestly think you either need to find an ADR for the whole group at the same time, or find one at a different restaurant. I know that is not what you are hoping to hear, but your plan has zero chance of working.

This is unlikely as not being able to find a reservation for 6 means they have no tables for 6 available so cannot accomodate.

BOG are pretty strict at sucking to what and when you booked. They won't even let you check in 5 minutes early

I think your choices are keep looking for An opening for 6 or eat separelty or eat elsewhere

I agree with Maxiesmom that the reservations are too far apart that you will not be able to check in together. BOG has been fully booked and has been pretty strict about not letting parties check in more than 5 minutes in advance.

Keep checking online as often as possible for reservations closer together in time.

Three reservations at the same time will work because you can check in as 3 groups, but once you enter the dining room you choose your own table so you can all sit together.

I feel for you as I'm doing the same thing for a party of 7. Right now I do have a party of 6 and a party of 1 for 1:35 but I'm trying to get it moved earlier. So I also have a party of 2 for 12:40 and a party of 1 for 12:45. I wish the ADR system handled this better too. It's a royal pain!

We had 2 separate reservations..a party of 4 and a party of 2..for the same time (11:20). Checked in one after the other then found a table for 6.

We went yesterday. I ended up with 4 reservations for 5 people between 12 & 12:25. It was fine even though the times were not identical and that we really had 6 people.

Did you all show up at noon? I'm in a similar situation. I have 1 person at 10:30 & 5 at 10:50am.

Yes, it was probably 12:15. Be very careful that they check in all of your ressies. I did get a $10 no show charge but they reversed it. I think you can show up at 10:30 if you would like, honestly they were great and didn't care at all.

I had good luck with ressies for 1:15 and 1:25. They did not care at all, when we explained, they said it was fine and checked us in all at the same time.

You will probably need to make another MDE account. Sometimes it would let me have multiple 1 person reservations and sometimes it would not.

I printed every reservation and took it with me. I also wrote everything down on 1 sheet of paper. This allowed me to cross check reservations for times, MDE accounts, and cancellations. It really came in handy when they charged a no show fee. The billing department didn't even blink or ask for anything to reverse the charge.

Thanks for the info. This planning really could be a full time job. I haven't been since I was 10, now taking my own four year old, you can imagine my surprise...!
