UGH. MDE problems with Friends

On MDE, in the friends and family list I am able to see my family (party of 6) and my friend's family (also a party of 6). I linked our park tickets about two weeks ago and they linked their park tickets today. However, I am unable to make FP reservations for the entire party. Her party is not showing up as having linked tickets. What are we doing wrong.

Also, in the dining reservations, she can only see the two reservations she made for our party and I can only see the reservations that I made. Is there a way to show all of these reservations?

How do we do that? When I click "Friends and Family", next to everyone's names, it says "Connect Through a Disney Account". But it says that for even my family and I can make their FP reservations just fine.

Go to My Profile ---> Friends and Family, then next to each oname it should say something like Can add & View all plans.

IF it says connect through a disney account that means you have a ton of phantom accounts and are not actually linked to each other. To connect click that section then put in the email address that your friends family is using for each persons personal account. So right now you have 2 MDE not linked and what sounds like several phantom accounts.

Okay, so in my Family and Friends, everyone is listed. However, it says Connect through a Disney account for everyone, including my family (but I can make FP for my family). Now, I sent an invite to my friend and now I can add her through FP, but none of her family.

Pease help me fix this.

I can't put in emails for everyone's personal account, since some don't have an account and some are children.

You might have to make a call to Disney IT. I'm not sure if you can make any plans for people on someone else's account that don't have their own account. You can copy your fastpasses to your friend and then she can copy those to the rest of her traveling party but it most likely won't happen where you can book everything for everyone since they don't have their own unique accounts. I only deal with adult groups so not really sure when kids get involved.

Yeah. Honestly, it seemed to be an easy fix, but I honestly have no idea how to prevent the problem in the first place.
