So when I click on My Profile, my full color mickey avatar shows up, with my AP, DVC link and everything. When I click on My PLans, it goes to a generic blue and black mickey head avatar and my AP disappeaers and says no ticket linked...but the resort reservation is correct.

I guess I need to call tech support and be on hold for an hour.

Do you see the same behavior on both the MDE smartphone app and on the Web? Yes your MDE is still available on the web, you just can't use / manage LLMP and/or LLSP bookings.

Note: There is a new version of MDE 8.4 that was made available yesterday on the Apple App store.

Try making a park reservation. If you can do that as an AP holder, it's just a display issue that will go away on it's own.

I was doing it on both iphone (after the update) and chrome, but it seems to have corrected itself. Very weird.

And no, during the glitch I could not make a park reservation.

I’ve had the problem with both my husband’s & my avatars for months. They show,up on each of our MDE pages, but on our plans they’re the generic ones. I really think it happened when I made bounceback reservations. Like the CMs picked an old avatar or something.

Many of the Disney websites/apps seem to be very glitchy at times. I agree with you that spending an hour on the phone is annoying and if it is some sort of systems issues that person won't be able to solve it while speaking to you. If it is a systems issues, likely many people are impacted. Trying again later that day or the next day is usually what I do.
