Ugh! ADRs!

Just got off the phone making my ADRs for my trip. I'm having trouble getting almost ANYTHING! I couldn't get anything at all for Raglan Road, Sci-Fi, Kona, or Le Cellier... I know Le Cellier is popular, but I didn't think Raglan Road was a hard ressie to get?? I guess this is what it's like trying to make ADRs during free dining!

I did manage to get Crystal Palace breakfast at the time I wanted, but the earliest Ohana dinner time was 8:50 pm!

Ugh, I'm disappointed but I guess I'll just keep trying...

I'm still on hold!!!! Someone answered 7 minutes after I called and told me she'd have to transfer me to a different agent Then they hung up on me 20 minutes later. Now I'm on hold again with a predicted wait time of 30 minutes. It would be much less painful if the music wasn't fuzzy sounding!!!!

I know! I love Disney music but not fuzzy, coughing Disney music! It's terrible! I'm back on hold trying different dates for Sci Fi and Le Cellier. Also a predicted wait time of 30 mins. That's terrible you got hung up on!!

I am so sorry you had so much trouble getting your ADRS. I posted on another thread here about us not getting LeCellier or Prime Time for dinner during our entire stay in August. Yes, it is very disappointing and frustrating, as you call as soon as your window opens up and then proceed to wait on hold for sometimes a long time, just to find out you can not get the restaurants you want at any time or day. I am sorry this has happened to you, as well.

Add to that that every 20 minutes or so the music stops and it seems like someone might answer the line, but then after about 2 minutes the music starts up again and I'm wondering where the heck I am in the line.

Still waiting...

Ouch! That's terrible. I got in right after 7am, got a couple ADRs and now I'm back on hold for 43+ mins seeing if I can get anything else by switching some dates around.

I have read on other posts that some cm's don't know how to use the new system correctly and are still searching for a set of time like they used to in the old system and this sometimes gives them false, no availability.

Call back and ask for them to search a specific time instead of saying 8am-11am. Have them check 8-9am if that is not available check 9-10, etc. Some people have reported better luck with that but you have to be specific and make sure they are checking a small time frame instead of a larger one.

This also happened to me. I had checked an ADR for 6:30pm and cm said nothing was coming up. I said ok can you check 7-8 pm and 6:30pm came up - go figure. My TA made all my ADR's and was able to get them all but I had one more I wanted to fit and trying calling last night for it.

I was on hold for 40 minutes, started calling in at 5:58 (our time) Couldn't get LeCellier at all, even tried splitting up our group and didn't work. France was booked the entire trip also. Kind of crazy that everything is booked up so fast. We only made 5 ts reservations for the 10 days we will be there. Good luck to everyone who is still trying.

That's because I've been on the phone with them for 1 hour 20 minutes. Trying to find availability ANYWHERE except for buffets or Biergarten. And we're a party of either 2 or 6. Nothing. No Y&Y, no 9Dragons, no Teppan Edo or Tokyo Dining. No 50s no SciFi. Nothing nada.

THERE'S A SYSTEMS ISSUE! MY CM JUST CHECKED. He said that there's an issue with the system, that we should check back later.
