Uber question

If I wanted to get to Hollywood Studios early before the parking lots open, can I have a uber drop me off at the boardwalk resort and then take the walking path over? Is that possible? Or will they not let me get dropped off there without actually staying there? Just trying to plan my attack for the new Star Wars ride. Thanks in advanced

Well from what I’ve read, the parking lot doesn’t open til around 5am. So if I wanted to get to the line for let’s say 445am, then that means I would need to find another way into the park, which would be the walking path at Boardwalk Inn. I would hate to call for a uber, then get all the way to the park and the lot isn’t even open yet for drop off. I doubt my Uber is gonna want to sit there and wait for the lot to open.

Correct. The parking lot is never actually closed.

Sure. As long as the entry lands aren't blockaded by traffic comes or similar, you're good.
