I am sure one of the resident Uber drivers will come along to correct me but no, I do not believe there is 1 Uber vehicle that will fit your needs.
Uber really doesn't handle ECV well period, as they are personal vehicles
I would plan to use a Mears Taxi with Handicapped access, and it may well need to be 2. Or use Mears for 1 and then Uber for the 2nd.
Or does Minnie Van service where you are going? They have an accessible option too
Lyft and Über both offer accessible vehicles, but, at least in the Boston area, those need to be reserved in advance (I know Lyft contracts with a cab company.)
Neither company accommodates the party size the OP needs in a single vehicle. The most either can take is six, and likely no room for the ECV. Even Mears taxi vans only hold six passengers, tops. From what I recall, even fewer with a wheelchair/ECV in th back.
