Uber, Lyft question

We're from out of country and do not have internet service in USA except for where there is WIFI. How would you use Uber of Lyft to get from BC resort to shopping malls? Thanks

You could use the BC's Wi-Fi to request the ride, but you would have to hope there is Wi-Fi near where you want to be picked up at the mall.

You should check with your cell provider most have some sort of International plan that you pay per day or for a 24 hour block. So you would pay only on the days you use it.

Some places have free internet, like Starbucks & McDonalds but you’d be gambling that the specific location has it and it is working. (If it goes down you’d be in trouble because you won’t have a phone to call an old school taxi.)

Personally I wouldn’t go if I didn’t have 1 of the following: internet, phone service or my own car.

If you’re just after supplies some car service companies offer grocery stops on the way from MCO to your hotel.
