We are staying at the Sheraton Park. We have always stayed at the Grand and love entering the parks through DTD.
Where can an Uber drop off to enter via DTD?
And I do realize we can no longer go through the GC unless we have a reservation on property.
Thanks!

Drop Off Spot Near GC -- the information in your previous thread is still valid. You could still be dropped off by the path to enter the M&F structure, go through bag check there, take the tram, and get dropped off in DTD. You would be able to walk around in DTD before entering the parks.
If the DTD parking lot is still open during your trip dates, Uber should be able to drop you off there (there is a very short grace period so the driver would not have to pay parking fees), and you would go through security at the bag check by the DLH. If that option closes before your trip dates, Uber could drop you off at the PPH. You would then walk to the bag check that will open behind the Lego Store and the Monorail track and enter DTD there.
Another option is to cross Harbor to the Toy Story lot and take the free shuttles to the parks. Whenever we stay at the Sheraton Park, we see guests doing this quite often.

The answer to these questions depends on your trip dates. We don't know the exact date that the DLH bag check will close and when the new bag check behind the Lego Store will open. We also don't know exactly how much longer the DTD parking lot (Stitch) will remain open to guests. As long as the Stitch lot and the DLH bag check remain open, you could be dropped off there and go through bag check there. Depending on where you are dropped off, the walk to bag check would be about 5 minutes or less. If that option is closed by the time of your visit, then you would need to be dropped off by the PPH so that you would walk through the parking lot behind the hotel and behind what was the west end of DTD to what will be the new bag check behind the Lego Store. That walk should not be more than a few minutes. At this time, the PPH has not made any official announcement barring Uber drop offs in front of the hotel. But keep watching these boards in case such a security announcement occurs.
