Uber back to resort at park closing?

Probably will take an Uber back to our resort from Epcot, probably at park closing, and I was wondering where the area is that we meet up with Uber?

I would leave EPCOT via the International Gateway and leave from the Beach Club.

If you go out the main entrance, and walk under the monorail there always seems to be a line of Ubers. I park in the HA area and sometimes we have a hard time backing out because they are lined up. I agree with OP, International Gate is better.

Oh, ok. May just do that then. Thanks for the tip there. I imagine doing this will be much quicker than the "4-6" hour line at the Skyliner. I seen that mess this past October, I want no part of it.

The line was unreal at closing in October. We were just walking by and seen it.

Back-in-the-day in Epcot I would get a Schofferhofer in Germany then head over the the smoking area in Italy, light up a cigar and just people watch. Then a slow stroll through an almost empty park to the bus stop.

The last time we "closed down" Epcot, we had dining reservations at Rose & Crown around Illuminations. DD even got to "start" the fireworks. My parents were with us and we timed it so we would have dessert after the fireworks. So we watch the fireworks, sit down and have dessert and my dad starts stressing as he sees everyone leaving. He thinks we're not going to be able to get a bus back to the resort.

We have a leisurely desert, then slowly walk through a pretty much empty Epcot to the busses. Guess what? There was a bus for us.

A few years back we were at the Fantasmic show at HS, after that my Mom wanted to do some shopping on our way out. The shopping lasted over 30 minutes and when we finally got out to the busses they were all gone and it was very quiet. I found a CM supervisor with a headset on and a radio, she called a bus for us and it arrived 5 minutes later. No worries, Disney will never leave you stranded at a park.

Does anyone know how late the busses operate after a park closing? After MK closing, we’re going to Whispering canyon. Wondering if we can go back to MK for bus back to BCV. My mom has an ECV so can’t do Uber.

How long after closing is your reservation? The buses only run until the park is clear of guests.

It takes a long time for those parks to empty. However, you can also take the Disney bus to Epcot or Disney Springs to transfer. There are also taxi services that serve people with ECVs

It moves fast. We never had a long wait in October and we did 4 Epcot days (staying at Pop). On two of them we had late dinner ADRs and were some of the last people out of the park. We also took the Epcot line home on one of our DHS days after spending some time at the Abracadabar.
