Typical Fall Hotel Rates

Can anyone tell me what the typical Fall rates for a Universal hotel are? For example, if I book five nights now for Sept. 19, I can get HRH for $149 per night. Does it go any lower if I wait until summer is over to book? Or is $149 a pretty average rate for that time of year? My dates are pretty flexible so I wouldn't mind waiting, but we want to do a water park as well.

You are not going to get HRH for much lower than that. That is an excellent rate considering what rack rate is.

That is the standard stay more save more rate that is offered in non-peak times. If you stay for 5 days, you get a really deep discount.
