Hi,

Don’t know if this is an odd question but I’ll ask it anyway. Does anyone have a good tip on where to make “base camp” in the Typhoon Lagoon water park? I understand the park can get very busy and the good spots can go quickly. I just want to make sure we head in the right direction as soon as we enter (A tip I read was to do this before you get changed). I’ve got two little girls, so an area near where they can play and be seen but in a shady area for us to relax would be fantastic.

Thanks.

Only 5 days to go before the big takeoff

Here is a link to a MAP of TL :)

We usually make camp by the big tower thingy but have no kids. I guess you want to head straight for Ketchakiddee Creek and make base there :)

Last year we headed for the shallow area near to the wave pool that was designed for the younger visitors, we went in August and got there just a bit before opening and got our locker key from the shop first, then as we already had on our swimming things under our clothes, we changed by the lockers, and went straight to find some seats. Would probably have found spaces first if we needed to change completely.

Ketchakiddie Creek is a good base if you are travelling with youngsters :)

Yes we go to the creek, our DD is 3, and we leave in two days so might see you there, we have three disney towels so look for the sunbeds.
