We are booked for 4/16-4/24 next year and the temporary plan is to visit Typhoon Lagoon on a Saturday. Would this be a bad day to go? how crowded is it usually at the water parks compared to the other 4 Disney parks...ty.

If you do rope drop, you can easily finish the water park in the morning. I can't compare the water parks to the theme parks. There are just a lot more people at the theme parks compares to the water parks. If you meant the wait time, I think the longest I seen was 60 mins for Crush N' Gusher when I went with my friends and didn't do rope drop. However, I forgot what was the day of the week we went. Imagine can't be more than 90 mins.

I purchased the WP tickets in March and we have gone several weekends in a row. It started getting crowded in June.

When we were there June of 2012, 10 minutes was a long wait for Crushin Gusher. Toward the end of the day (on 2 occasions), the line was so short we didn't even turn our tubes in. Just rode it over & over & over!!

Now, midday the line for the family raft ride did get to 45 minutes - which is about 44 minutes & 59 seconds longer than I would ever wait for that ride again.
