Typhoon Lagoon question...?

We are making our first Sept. trip this year and are planning on at least one day at the water park. My question is this: Can you bring in a beach umbrella?

I will be four months pregnant and am worried about the heat of the sun. Especially if it is crowded and we cant get a shady spot. My sister will be joining us from Melbourne, FL and has a beach umbrella.

Anyone know if this is allowed?

I don't know the answer for sure, but my guess would be no on the umbrella. If you have trouble finding a shady spot head for Out Of the Way Cay behind the locker rental area. Our group had it practically to ourselves last week, including 2 umbrellas. As long as you don't care about sitting by the wave pool this area should be perfect for you. I had a great nap there!

ummm... not sure about the umbrella, never heard or seen the question before (or heard any rule about it while working at Blizzard Beach). But TL is very very well shaded and there are plenty of huge umbrella scarted around the guest area for shade. and I'm not sure because I haven't been to TL in awhile, but BB has tables and chairs under a few pavilions/roofs.

So as long as you do not get there too late in the day during the peek season, you should not have a problem finding a shaded place to sit.
