How full are the water parks during the week in May?

How is the water? Cold or tolerable?

I remember going to WDW in late April and temps reaching the high 80s to low 90s and the water parks were busy but not overflowing. The May Orlando forecast for this year shows most days in the 80s and some 90s. Factoring the humidity and forecast temps, I imagine the water parks should be busy - but not summer busy.

All pools are water parks are heated
Well there is one not heated at typhoon lagoon and that is the shark pool

I've gone in early May and it was pretty busy. To the point where we had to really hustle at opening to get a beach chair in a good spot, but not so busy that they were closing mid-day due to capacity (which can happen). The water seemed colder than I would have liked given the fact that the air temp was probably only mid 70's, but it was definitely tolerable.

We spent the afternoon there yesterday. Got there about 12:30 and stayed to close. We did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. The water felt great. We didn't try to find chairs, but I saw plenty in the areas other than the wave pool.
