Do you think it will be too chilly to do typhoon lagoon in February? We have always gone in Sept. and November but this will be our first time in February so we are trying to figure out if we should plan a day at the water park or not.

Depends on the February. When we were there in Feb it barely hit 60 degrees and the water parks were closed.

If you do go, the water is heated, but it is a long cold walk from place to place when you are wet in a swimsuit!

That time of year it totally depends. You could have 80's or be pulling out the winter jacket. We have seen both conditions in early February. I would not buy tickets for a water park ahead of time, but I would leave some schedule flexibility in case it is warm enough.

FYI we went to BB one day in early Jan last year. It was the only day all week warm enough for it. The park was way understaffed for all the people (northerners on vacation) who showed up. So while the park was not crowded, there were long lines for food & lockers etc and they kept running out of food.

Thanks guys we have a day that is open so we will just leave that day for the water park if it is warm enough and if not then head out and do something else. Appreciate your feedback

we have never been to the waterparks and are going in feb. we plan to buy our tickets that day... we went last jan. one day it was 98 the next 40 degrees.... hopefully no polar vortex this year.........
