Typhoon lagoon Assistance-tix at gate?

My parents are down in Florida and would like to go to typhoon. Lagoon tomorrow. I saw on the website you don’t need a reservation but are you still able to buy the At typhoon lagoon or do I have to buy them online? They do have a my Disney experience but they are older and I always have a hard time explaining how to access the tickets as they forgot their magic bands.
Any help is greatly appreciated

There is a Guest Relations location at TL where they can purchase tickets.
