Two weeks to go but panicking - probably over nothing!!

I emailed instead, but just phoned NOW!!

Lady said that they are now only sending tickets 7 to 10 days before departure. She checked my booking and she assured me that it was ok!! So, i'll phone again next Saturday - 7 days out!!!

I totally sympathise with you, I can't tell you the number of times I rang this company and they were always fobbing me off with one excuse or another. I will try and find the Managing Director's email number that I got from another forum.

I was sure I had given them plenty of time to send tickets, as it was at least 6 to 7 weeks prior to our departure. In the end I said we were going three days earlier than we actually were as I was so worried the tickets wouldn't arrive. I told them I was travelling on the Monday (I wasn't) and I got the tickets on the Saturday before.

Just keep ringing every day if you have to and email as well.

I was thinking last night that might be a good idea, tell them you are leaving a few days earlier with some excuse

A few years back I ordered some Southern California passes they arrived only a few days before we went, I said then if I ever order tickets same way again I would give a false date and get them weeks before we go.
 
I always give a travel date a couple of weeks before we actaully go.....just in case
 
We got out VH disney tix last weekend but had to phone them Monday as they had spelt my DD name wrong and got my DS as a Miss !!!!!!

They said they would resend them but got a phone call on Friday asking me to ring them, now have to wait until tomorrow as they are shut all weekend :sad2: don't know what has happened, at least I still have 2 weeks to go.

Sorry about this but, Anyone know how soon my TCS tix will arrive?
 

I had to ring them again on Saturday - very rude lade said that the tickets would be posted on Monday, arrive Tuesday.

Tuesday - nada, nothing, nowt!!

Will ring them tomorrow. Very dissapointed.
 
Sorry no help to you but I am glad I saw others having problems a while back and asked Kenny to remove this company from his ticket thread. Maybe he should put a warning on his thread about them rather than just leaving them off.
Can't believe how bad they have got, used to be a good company.

I think when you ring them you should advise that you will be forwarding a warning about them to the press and posting the same on the internet. :mad:

We're also going in 2 weeks time and I'm having a major panic about everything now.
Got most of the packing done but still not finalised schedules, paperwork etc!:scared1:

Just found this thread and am getting concerned.

We have our ultimate park hopper disney tickets booked with themeparkticketsdirect and am leaving in 10 days. Sounds like they do arrive last min, but am unsure if they are only arriving for these people because they ring and make a fuss. So, that is exactly what we will do first thing tomorrow.

Incidently, we decided to go with this company due to a link on moneyexpert.com, the Martin Lewis site, which is normally so good. Every year we have gone direct with Disney for our tickets as I am normally very wary of any other site, but this year thought it ok to trust Martin Lewis!
