I emailed instead, but just phoned NOW!!
Lady said that they are now only sending tickets 7 to 10 days before departure. She checked my booking and she assured me that it was ok!! So, i'll phone again next Saturday - 7 days out!!!
I totally sympathise with you, I can't tell you the number of times I rang this company and they were always fobbing me off with one excuse or another. I will try and find the Managing Director's email number that I got from another forum.
I was sure I had given them plenty of time to send tickets, as it was at least 6 to 7 weeks prior to our departure. In the end I said we were going three days earlier than we actually were as I was so worried the tickets wouldn't arrive. I told them I was travelling on the Monday (I wasn't) and I got the tickets on the Saturday before.
Just keep ringing every day if you have to and email as well.
