two trips, how does it work on my disney experience?

I hope I explain this right....
We are taking my daughter, son-in-law and grandson next March. They are listed on my disney experience because I already booked the meals. My daughter hasn't gone since before the whole online planning thing (I was last there this March).
Now they want to do a quick trip the week after Thanksgiving (they are military so they get cheaper tickets, in fact they are buying our tickets in March). They are moving to Pensacola soon so they will be close.
I have never dealt with this issue, so I am wondering will my daughter be able to set up her own my disney experience account (because fast passes will be already within 60 days if they book next week) or will I have to manage them?

You're daughter can set up her own account on MDE, and it will not affect whatever you already have set up in your account for the March trip. Your daughter will be able to manage their November trip. After their November trip, but before the March trip, you can (but you don't HAVE to), link your account to hers as friends and family. During that process, you will be asked which people that you manage in your account, correspond to people in her account. Once you've made those connections and save everything, the version of those people managed in your account will disappear and any reservations, FP, ADR and tickets will be moved to the corresponding person in her account.

Have her set up an account and create a profile for herself. Then on your account go to each profile and click “update”. There will be an option “invite to connect”. Click that and a box for an email address will pop up. Put in the email she used to create her account. Do that for each profile.

She will receive an email and a notification in her MDE saying someone wants to connect. For every profile she can then match the one for her you created up to the one she created. For the other 2 profiles she can then also accept the invitation to “manage those profiles” and they will switch over to her. You will remain friends/family with all of them but then she will control them. You will also be able to see all of her plans and she can see yours.
