Two trips are better than one! A June and September 2016 PTR-new trip report link

You made it!

I did! And home again too!

Me neither.

It's awful! Seeing most of the other people sacked out on the flight, totally jealous of them

Happy birthday! And... cool!

Thanks! It definately was one of the best!

It looked amazing!

It was fantastic. Highly recommended if you're ever in London

Well, if you're going to do it, do it in front of the whole planet.

:crutches::rotfl2:
Oh, that's too bad. Hope it's okay for you to still walk tomorrow.

Sometimes you just gotta tough it out. I wasn't about to sit in the hotel while everyone else was galavanting around London! It's getting better but I was ordered to stay off of my feet most of the day today. Of course I can't complain about being waited on all day
:teeth:

I thought it was Bath?

:lmao:

Full trip!

Sounds familiar! :lmao:

Yes it was! We don't do sit and relax trips very well, especially when my Dad is in charge

If you don't post before... have a good trip back!

Thanks!

So glad that you have hit the ground running, pun intended

:rotfl:

I can't sleep on planes either, so it takes me a while to catch up

Isn't it the worst? I feel surprisingly good today. We got in about 7:00 last night and I slept from 10pm to 10am so I'm sure that helped a lot!

Hope you get some nice English sunshine to go along with the rain!

It was actually quite nice aside from that one drizzly day.

I did! And home again too!

Welcome home!
Does it feel like you never even went?

It's awful! Seeing most of the other people sacked out on the flight, totally jealous of them

I wish there was someway to wake them all up without a. them knowing it was me and b. me getting arrested and/or banned for whatever it was I did that woke them all up.

It's getting better but I was ordered to stay off of my feet most of the day today.

Sounds painful. Get better soon...

Of course I can't complain about being waited on all day

... but not too soon.
"Fetch my slippers and draw my bath!"

Can't believe you got all that snow in APRIL, but glad you made it to London safe and sound. Hope you're having a wonderful time. We went a few years ago and Westminster Abby was definitely my favorite. Hope you enjoyed it too. Can't wait to hear all about it

T-30

I think it's about time to start the dancin'!!

WOW! You're making up for lost time and cramming tons of fun stuff into a short time. Nice touring right there.

You're right. Long flights stink.

Yeah, I've done the, "Hey everyone! Watch this!" move before. Always where there's a bunch of people so you can fully experience embarrassment. Glad you're ok.

Sooo... you're super close to getting those Magical bands and a magical trip!! Yippeeeee!

I was just saying those exact words to someone the other day, it almost feels like we never went it was so fast! You must know how that feels.

This exactly!

Can't believe you got all that snow in APRIL

April is a notorious month for snow in Colorado. We just got another 6 inches of snow last weekend :sad2:

I'm bummed that we missed Westminster Abbey this trip. We just happened to try to go on the Queen's 90th birthday and I think everyone in London was trying to do touristy stuff that day and it just didn't happen.

How was your most recent trip?? Are you back? Can't wait for another dining report!

Getting clooooooser!

You're right. Long flights stink.

They really do! I think I hate the overnight flights the most.

Yeah, I've done the, "Hey everyone! Watch this!" move before. Always where there's a bunch of people so you can fully experience embarrassment. Glad you're ok.

Smooth move, right ? Last time I sprained my ankle was 5 years ago. In London. I think I see a pattern forming.... I swear I had not been in the pub yet either!:rolleyes1

Oh, yes. People ask if we went anywhere during the winter and my first instinct is to say no.

Woohoo for 30 days!!!!!!

Yep we are back. Haven't had time to go through pictures yet but will hopefully get the party started soon. We have another trip planned in late August (hello my name is Kari and I'm a disney addict) so I wanna get this one done before we go.

Don't worry, I belong to that support group too. We have 3 trips planned between now and December, so I totally get it!

Yay you made it to London!! And slighty less yay you made it back! You were lucky that you got to the UK when you did as not long after you left it snowed here! :rotfl:

OMG!!! LESS THAN 30 DAYS?!?!?!?! It really is time to dance!! :cool1:

It was a really great trip! Ugh, with the snow! I can't seem to get away from it. Did it snow in London or where you live? London weather was actually quite decent for us
:sunny:

I can't believe it's coming up so fast!!!:goodvibes

Hi All!

Hope everyone had a splendid Mother's Day, both the Poeple Mom's and the fur baby Mom's! Mine was really nice, my DH made eggs Benedict and chocolate covered strawberries, yum! I think he's a keeper.

We've had kind of a busy last week, our 10th anniversary was on May 5th and we went to dinner and The hubs gave me a beautiful Disney Pandora bracelet with a "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" charm . Can't wait to add to it!
We are going to Chicago for a quick weekend trip leaving this Thursday. My step son is turning 30 :scared1:. I've never been to Chicago before so I'm pretty excited about it!
Also, My DD 18 graduates from high school on 5/20 so there is a lot going on for us!

In Disney related news we bought our MNSSHP tickets for October 2. As @Elevationist mentioned in her thread I was a little surprised at the price hike. Even with the AP discount we got it was more than I was expecting. But oh well, watcha gonna do :confused3

In other "here Disney take my life savings" news we have booked another trip for Early December :tilt:. I've always wanted to see Disney at Christmas time and DH said that it made sense to go this year since we have the AP and all!:teacher:
Oh that Disney math strikes again! It will be a short trip, just 4 nights, and we will be doing a split stay between POR royal room and BWV renting points. I received another pin code in the mail that enabled us to book at POR instead of staying at POP for the first two nights like we had planned. Then we will move on over to the BWV and embrace the creepy clown pool:jester:. I'm actually pretty excited to stay there and so is the hubs, he really liked the look of the BW when he was there in Feb. I never in a million years dreamed I'd get to go to DW 3 times in a year and I'm going to try really hard not to get used to it! I'm sure our Disney trips will slow their roll next year, maybe....:rolleyes1

I have also purchased a completely obnoxious suitcase just for our Disney trips.

If that is not a beacon of DIS nerd I don't know what is! But I love it!

Have a happy day!
:dumbo:

Any sentence with "eggs Benedict" in them would indicate that yes, he's a keeper.

Happy (belated) anniversary!

I've never been to Chicago before so I'm pretty excited about it!

Willis tower? Millenium Park? Buckingham fountain?
We did a Segway tour there. If you're interested it's a chapter in one of my TRs.

Sweet! (and... expensive!)

Can I marry your DH?

::yes:: Me too! It's such a nice area.

I never in a million years dreamed I'd get to go to DW 3 times in a year and I'm going to try really hard not to get used to it!

Good luck with that.

Sure I'll share! As long as you do the cleaning he will do all the cooking and enabling of vacations. Oh wait, you like to cook too, so win, win for me!! :teeth:
