two reservations ?

Been reading these boards planning trip 1st week in Dec.
All the talk of codes and discounts has gotten me way too stressed out!!
Already have res for pofq. Really hoping for
cr wing room but only with a discount. worried if I wait for
magic code to come out, no room will be avail in Dec. Do I need
a second res for cr that I can later cancel if no disc. avail. Or
do I need to just calm way down? THANKS THANKS THANKS !!!

If you are staying in early December, you should not have too much trouble getting a room. I am sure that discount codes will come out for that time period with them ending right before the Christmas holiday. You can't always have two reservations at the same time. If they catch it in the system, they will tell you they can't do that. So you can either keep the one you have, or make one for the place you really want to stay. A deposit equal to one night stay will be required within 14 days of making your new reservation. Then wait and have the codes applied when they come out. I tend to go for the latter, adding codes later so that I can stay where I really want.
