Two questions about ADR booking dates

Sorry if this has been asked before!! We'll be going to WDW in December 2009 with the whole family (17 in all) and want to makes ressies at two places specifically -- Hoop Dee Doo Revue and a Candlelight Processional package ressie (probably Tutto Italia). Do we have to wait for the 90 day mark for those? I know I have to wait for regular restaurants, but wasn't sure about these two events.

You won't be able to book a CP package (no matter what restaurant) until they announce them and that they are opening reservations for them. Last year, it was about 6 months out from 12/22-- coincidentally for me, it was on my 180 day mark, so it was a busy AM on the phones! (So that was June 23 or 24th).
