Two question

1) When can you reserve the spa treatments? Who do you call?

2) Is there a number you can call regarding your table assignments?

Question 2--Not aware of a number to call to find out your table number, you could try DCL.
Question 1--Right after boarding. We sent 1/2 of our party to the spa to make reservations, and the other 1/2 to Rockin' D for Palo. This is the only way I'm aware of to make reservations.

I did try to look at the Steiner Website, but was never able to access it.

As far as I am aware - which isn't much of late - there is no number to call for scheduling a spa treatment. The spa is a separate entity from Disney. Once you board the ship, stroll (DON'T RUN) over to the spa and make your reservations.

Also, when you enter the spa politely decline any initial invitation to tour the facilities. Make your reservations first - UNLESS you are on the August 16th Western Magic...

If you have a Cat 1, 2, or 3 Suite with the Concierge Service, they can help you make your Spa Reservations. Otherwise, you'll need to make them at the listed time in the Navigator and in person, on the first afternoon.

For the dining assignments, you get those when you checkin, they'll be stamped on your KTTW Card. The location of the tables in the dining rooms change in each of the three restaurants. For example, table 22 might be near a window in one restaurant but closer to the center in another one and in a completely different location in the third one. You can ask for dining room changes on the first afternoon, with the time and location listed in the daily Navigator.

since this cruise is for our anniversary(30th), we booked the romance package which includes the spa and palo. we still book the day we would like, correct?

With the package, I believe that you can book ahead of time. Just call DCL to find out.
