We are going to WDW for spring break and have 4-day park hopper tickets. We have a 2-day touring plan for the Magic Kingdom. We should finish touring the MK about 3 on the 2nd day. Can we tour the Animal Kingdom and MGM in one day?::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

It depends on how crowded it is, the ages of your party and what rides you wish to go on.

Spring break is a very crowded time at WDW. Even utilizing Fastpass, you might not get through all of MGM in one day.

If you don't like animals all that much, maybe skip AK?

We always do 2 parks in one day - it helps to break up the day. One day we might do EE at MK, break at lunch for swimming at the hotel, then to Epcot for the afternoon/evening. Another day we do EE at AK, break & then MK in the afternoon. If you can take advantage of EE it really helps you to be able to do more than one park. We always do everything we want at AK & MGM in a half day - some attractions we simply don't do every trip. We try to do what we really want to first & then go back and do other less important attractions later. HTH!

When you go to two parks in one day with a hopper pass, it
still only "counts" as one day. Correct????

With the pass for example, can I go to disney world, epcot, then back to disney????

Go to disney leave to my hotel for a couple hours and go back to disney????

I guess what I mean is - You can go to the four parks back and forth as much as you want in one day and it only counts as one
day?????

I probably would only go to two but just in case.

dwwest - That's right! Park hoppers are great! They gain you entry into Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Disney-MGM Studios. You may visit as many of those parks as you wish in one day with your pass. Don't forget to get your hand stamped when exiting, though!

You can go to all 4 parks in one day, if you want. (Where you would get the stamina, I don't know!) It still only counts as one day on the park hopper ticket.

Hoping I don't sound too stupid, but what does EE stand for?

EE is Early Entry - each day one park opens one hour early to Disney hotel guest.

You can get into AK and MGM the same day with hoppers and only use one day admission. I don't know that you will be able to see everything at each park if you took a full day apiece to do them. We love AK (and MGM is our least favorite park) but having spent three days there (we leave early though - travel with small kids) we've still missed out on a LOT of the stuff. And if you want to see the shows at MGM, they can eat up a full day by themselves.

EMH = Extra Magic Hour
formerly known as
EE = Early Entry

Guests of Disney Hotels can enter one park (every day is different) 1 hour early before the official open time.

Remember the AK closes earlier than MK, if you want to hit AK and MK the same day, do AK in the morning and MK in the evening - night.

I went in January, where it was very possible to do two parks in one day. But, it was just me and my BF (both in early 20's) so we were able to go at a faster pace than if we had children. On Sunday, we did AK in the morning, and BB in the afternoon. Another day, we did AK again in the noring, and I think MGM in the afternoon, and then MK for fireworks (our last day). Good Luck with your decision, but just remember to have fun!
