Two parks in one day, which park first?

We will be going to Orlando this Spring in mid-May. We plan a 1-day tour of US/IOA on a Tuesday. Since we have an older teenage DD, we only plan to hit the main attractions of each park. I'm trying to plan our lunch and dinner there and wondered if it made any significant difference as to which park to do first?

I would think US would be the more popular park with the most guests so we should hit there as early as possible. I would appreciate any advice!
