Two families in one 2-BR villa

I've tried searching for answers on this but can't seem to find anything recent or definitive.

Since we have two families in one 2-BR villa, will we be able to keep our room charges separate? I know I can set up different pin numbers for different people, but does that automatically keep things separated? I'm prepared to keep a running tally of charges but it would sure be nice if we didn't have to!

Also, does our DDP charge as one big lump or can that be separated as well? I'd hate to have to throw down with my brother in front of Karamel Kuche over the last snack credit!

Yes, you can associate different payments to different bands.

DDP is one lump, however. You cannot divide up credits by family.

Skip the dining plan and each family put the money they would have spent on the dining plan on a Disney Gift card. Then use the gift card to pay for your meals and snacks.
Also, are you going to have to fight your BIL for the king sized bed? Who gets stuck with the second bedroom with two beds and a shared bathroom and who get the master bedroom with separate shower/tub?

Brother gets the king size bed. He's 6'5" so that trumps whatever reason I might think of for needing that one! And I'm not picky about where I "sleep" at WDW. It is just a place for me to lie awake and dream about where I'm going as soon as the sun is up again anyway.
