We’re going to stay at either the All Stars or Pop resorts. I’ve heard really good things about All Star Sports…anyone have any advice or insight about any of the value resorts?!

Well it isn't going to be no WL but I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay just the same.

I've read on the boards that ASMu is one of the quieter ones (if that's what you're looking for).

I would have expected this from some of the other characters here on the board, but from my own flesh and blood?

That's great that you found such a good rate for your flight. Too bad your return flight is not available yet. Leaving out of San Diego is not that bad and road trips are always fun!

I'm excited to fly out of San Diego because the airport is so much nicer then LAX. The drive to SD is a lot better then the drive to LA too.

So after I read KathyRN’s half-and-half report I was inspired to run the family 5k next year while in WDW! I’ve convinced my DBF and Julie to run it with me! No jokes about my lack of athleticism (dad). Marching band does take athleticism! I’m really excited! It’s something none of us have done before and it’s through AK this year, which will be really cool. The only down side is we aren’t morning people so getting up that early while on vacation will not be fun. It will give Julie and I a reason to check out the WDW spas though…

How exciting! My goal is to run in the 2010 marathon.

Getting to check out the spas will be wonderful as well. Someday I will make the time to do this as well.

We stayed at ASMo and very close to the pool. The noise didn't bother us, although I've read others posts where they found it was too loud
