two different hotels!!!

Myself, my husband , children and my parents are all going to WDW. We have 2 rooms at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Maingate East, but I saw on the site where the new Doubletree Villas hotel has a GREAT rate. We could actually stay there for the same $$ as one room at Holiday Inn. Could someone tell me if I should keep my res where I am or change to the new hotel???And if the Doubletree is a nice hotel not just an old apartment complex that was redone. Did that one in New Orleans and the hotel was HORRIBLE !!
With this being the 1st time in about 20 years my folks are going to WDW I want to make it a GREAT time for them.
