Two days at WDW

Ok, my sister is going in 2 months - going on a cruise (royal caribbean) and is planning on spending two days in disney before starting the cruise. What would you folks recommend her doing? Her kids are very little - 13 months and 2 1/2 (both boys) and very skiddish...
I thought Magic Kingdom definately, just for Fantasyland and maybe MGM? Epcot would probably be too boring for them...
What do you think?

The 13 month old won't care where he is, but I would recommend going to Animal Kingdom over MGM for the 2 1/2 year old. He would probably enjoy the shows, especially Festival of the Lion King, as well as Kilimanjaro Safaris. Plus if he doesn't like rides, he can do the trail walks and look at the animals.
