Two days at Epic?

We were there last week and did Epic for the first time. Early entry both days and no express pass.

We got to do everything, plus had lunch.

The Untrainable Dragon: Do not miss, great show. And we've not seen the movies.
Battle of the Ministry: Another don't miss. A bit intense.
Stardust Racers: Quite intense, almost too much for me.
Monster's Unchained: Another don't miss. I grew up in the 50s and 60s on monster movies.
Atlantic Restaurant: Great food, but spendy. But then, what ain't @ UOR or WDW?
good advice!

I can't wait to try the food. Let me know what your favorites were please.
Our favorites were Atlantic and Blue Dragon. The QS inside the portals are also worth visiting for the unique plates and themes. The café inside Nintendo World served basic dishes, but they were really cute.

There is a thread called "Epic Universe food pics" if you're interested.

We just got back and did Epic in one day (2 adults and our 19 year old). We had early entry so we got there before opening and got on our last ride at 8:58pm. We rode everything at least once (except the carousel & Fyre Drill) and rode several rides twice. Even rode Hiccup's 4 times. We went to Battle of the Ministry as soon as we got in the park and did single rider later on in the evening. Mario Kart Bowser's was down at the beginning of the day for several hours so that line was long all day & night but we did single rider and it took about 45 minutes. We did single rider for everything else that had it open (in the later afternoon/evening some of the single riders lines closed). Yoshi's Adventure and the Dragon show were closed all day and night. The show in Harry Potter was SO good. The park at night is amazing. Stardust and Hiccups were so fun in the dark. From 8:30 to 9pm we got on Stardust twice and Hiccups once.

We had lunch at Das Stakehaus and the food was really good but portions aren't huge. We actually just split a Frankenstein pretzel for dinner as we were having too much fun and didn't want to stop.

We just got back. We spent 2 days at Epic Universe. Stayed at Helios Grand. Did early park entry. There were about 100 people in front of us heading into the park. Did Ministry of magic each morning with a 10 minute wait.
We had an express pass for the first day and loved it. Besides the 2 rides at early entry, did all the rides and shows by 6 pm. Saved a HUGE amount of time. Day 2, we didn't have the express pass, still did early entry and then did the things we wanted to. The lands are themed so well. Great rides and amazing shows. The untamable dragon is incredible.
Amazing! So glad you had a great trip. Seems like early entry is the way to go. Thanks!
I looked and it is only $20 more PP to jump from 3 day - 1 park per day to park to park without the water park. I feel it is nice to have the flexibility to move around to avoid crowds plus if you don't have park to park you can't do the train over at UNIVERSAL- IOA. In general, when it comes to theme parks, unpredictable crowd levels, ride closings and weather the more flexibility the better. Just a thought, hope you have a nice time whatever you choose.

Also, EPIC has the best food and looks coolest at night. To me it would be worth the park to park just to make my way to Blue Dragon or Atlantic for the third dinner and to wander the EPIC without any expectations of rides just to take it all in. We did that, went to EPIC every night just because it was so pretty at night.
Thanks for this - I ended up getting the park to park tickets for the 3 days. I appreciate the insight and it definitely made sense. Now I'm even more excited! We're booked for December 17-19th.

I just looked at both those menus and they look delicious! Thanks for the link to the thread - I'll definitely explore that.

Sounds like an amazing day and you got so much done - that's great! I appreciate all the tips about timing and single rider lines. All my kids are old enough to go on their own so we can do that.
