When I was reading another post about the family with the 3 yo and the late seating for dinner, a crazy little thought occured to me:

If you book two cabins for your family, can you ask for early seating and for late seating? I realize that one could only seat the number of people listed for that table, ie three people in cabin, three spots at table but it was an interesting thought.

I'm not sure what the useful purpose of this plan would be...but it was just a thought. :p

Not sure I understand...if you have two cabins and one cabin wants to eat early and one cabin wants to eat late I think that could be done...it would just have to be noted when you make your reservations....the names of who was eating when you have to be noted for the dining tickets......don't know why you would not want to eat with the rest of your family....or, are you saying to just list one as late seating and all go to early seating?

It sounds like the suggestion is to book early for one cabin, late for the other, and then pick and choose which one you want to show up at... but as Karel realized, not enough seats to do that.

If you want to eat at the same table...have the ressies linked.
