What is there for two 4.5 year old boys to do at DHS? Obviously there is toy story mania, but what else? They have never seen Star Wars.

I am planning on the Disney live show.

The site lists meeting cars characters, but I don't see when they are there.

Help!

Don't write off Star Wars. My kids have never seen the movies and don't seem to have any interest in it but and last trip they really enjoyed the ride. My daughter was 5 and my son was 7.

At that age, my son enjoyed TSMM, the Disney Jr show, meeting characters such as Woody, Buzz, Ph & Ferb, Star Wars, and he thought the Muppet show was hilarious!

Its a great age for Star Wars (even if they haven't seen any movies). It's really about the age that DHS becomes a valid full-day park.

Mater and Lightening are between Muppets (worth watching) and LMA (which is another great show at that age)

They might like Indy, too.

We were not impressed with HS for our 4.5 yr old boys on our last trip. They liked DisneyJr and thought TSMM was okay (they were not begging to go again, that's for sure) and they liked the car stunt show. Any of the 3D stuff would have been way too much for them. Admittedly one boy has SPD (sensory processing disorder) and the other just plain doesn't like things that are too loud/in your face.

I wouldn't have taken them on StarTours even if they didn't have those issues as I just think it's too much for a child of that age.

They did like lunch at Hollywood & Vine where they got to meet the different DisneyJr. characters. Great character interaction there.

I agree they may very well enjoy Muppets, the Indiana Jones show and the Lights, Motor, Action show. Even though they are boys, they may still enjoy the Beauty and the Beast show as well, although it can be hard to fit all the shows in to a day due to their time schedules.
Besides Mater and McQueen, you have Buzz & Woody, Phinneas and Ferb (as a pp mentioned), Mike and Sully from Monsters, Inc., The Incredibles, Wreck It Ralph and Venellope, Sorcerer Mickey, and a few others. A that age it may not be their favorite park, but you could find they enjoy it more than you thought!

Star tours is my boys fav. Last trip yds was just 4, we went on star tours 7 times! We like great movie ride, TSMM, Indiana jones and stunt show. My boys also went on tower if terror at 4! I hated it, they loved it I don't have much I skip in DHS. Animation class was great, we like back lot tour for the fire water scene and a nice time to sit, meet and greets. Muppets, do fun, Disney jr is still good for yds, mermaid is good. We skip idol show.
