What an awesome game - Radke was incredible. I was so excited when AJ hit the home run in the ninth. Eddie needs to stop giving us heart attacks though - he came through in the end as he always does (our Everyday Eddie!), but he didn't need to make it THAT interesting!

If, I mean WHEN, the Twins win the World Series, this story will make a great Disney movie!

Isn't this as good as "The Rookie"? Team scheduled for contraction, low payroll, injuries to key players all year and they survive to make a run in the post season!

If it weren't really happening, I'd say the story is not plausible!

LOL - you're right, this would make for a good movie. And what a cast of characters - you wouldn't even need actors! Have you ever seen the big guy, David Ortiz, shaking his booty in the dugout? He's hilarious!

Even without the injuries, the contraction threat, the strike threat, etc, no one ever believed that they'd be THIS good. What a true Cinderella story! Stories like this are why people will always love baseball.
