Will a twin-size aerobed fit in a king bed room at AS Music? We also will be bringing a scooter into the room each night to charge.

Thanks!

I want to say yes. I have never stayed in a King room, but have used a double size areo bed in there. I moved the one bed totally against the wall. I would imagine that the twin & scooter will fit fine.

Opps... I just realize I meant to say "but I have used a double size areo bed in standard double bed room :rotfl: sorry......

You may want to call the resort. I don't think they will assign a king room if you have a party of more than 2 people.

that's correct, maximum occupancy is two in a king room at WDW resort hotels.

The maximum occupancy rule only comes into play if you name more than 2 people on your reservation.

And then the ones you don't name won't get a room ID/room key.

I booked at Pop one time for me, my 2 daughter's & one of their friends...total of 4. They gave me a king room. I called them up from the room & told them that we couldn't do it. They never mentioned it was a king room when they gave me the room # & directions to it either. They ended up having to switch us...

If you need a HA room and you have more than 2 people in your party then tell CRO you need to have special sevices contact you.
Special sevices will work out a plan that will work for your group. Just tell them how many are in your party and what special needs you need. Such as: roll in shower or tub with bench.
There is plenty of room for your ECV. I usually back mine into the room and plug it in. Then I am ready to get to those parks in the morning. :moped:
Have fun at Disney!

Thanks everyone.

Sorry - I actually tried to post a longer message, but it would not let me do it, so I just asked the basic question without the full explanation.

We have actually booked two rooms - hopefully one king HA and a connecting double-double for our 2 kids. However, my sister and brother and friends and all of their kids will be there, so the kids will be playing musical beds/rooms all week long. I just wondered if my son could sleep in our room some night when the girls take over the connecting room.

Thanks again!

ahhh......
Yes, I remember musical beds all too well. My 4 children are grown now but
they have many cousins and when they were little we had huge sleep overs so I now thoughly understand.
Thanks for the added info.
Have a great time at Disney!

never stayed at value resort but, if there's room for a crib, then there is certainly room for a twin aero bed.

We are doing the same thing in Jan for ds to sleep on. There are going to be 3 of us in the room, but because ds is 2 I was told it is no different that requesting a crib in a King room and there would be no problem fitting the aero bed.

Do you already have a aero bed? I'm sure its more versitile in the long run but I'm bringing a Ready Bed for my DD which is a matress with a built in sleeping bag. It would be a bit smaller and certainly big enough for a 2 year old. And they have some Disney themed ones. :teeth: I got mine at Target but here's a link the Ready Bed web site. Ready Bed

It should fit with no problem, we actually took a queen aerobed with us to POFQ because one of our two daughters is a kicker and the other sleeps perpendicular to you, not great at all. One DD slept with me and the otehr took the aerobed, we fit it in between the bed closest to the door and the door, only problem was there is a slight angle to the wall by the door, but with a twin that shouldn't be a problem. Just remember to bring bedding, those rooms (value and moderate) have the single unit ac/heat by the door, my girls were chilly even with a blanket.
