TWILIGHTAHOLICS PART 4!!!!!~*~Lions, Lambs, and Lunar-tics!!!!

I have to share the PIA that's been keeping me from Twilight and WA... it's done now, hopefully will bring a big bid from the charity auction on Sunday...

wow, that looks amazing! hope you receive lots of bids!

OT excitement: so even though I already have my hotel room booked for the marathon weekend, I hadn't yet registered for the half marathon...but I just did!

I'm officially running in the 2010 WDW half marathon :banana::banana:

I'm trying to find a place that custom prints running shirts so that I can do something Twilight related. Anyone have any ideas? Last year I actually saw a girl running in the "runs with vampires" shirt from Hot Topic. :thumbsup2

Montana that's beautiful!

Oh! You should check out the Twilight Craft's community over on LJ. There are a handful of posts about a Twilight-themed quilt that a handful of members were making. I think it was an interactive mystery quilt. :)

That would be cool. I'm so overcommitted though. I already have another quilt to do for the zoo fundraiser that basically goes from dark greens/tans, green, light green, light blue, med blue, dark blue from bottom to top so will kind of have a horizon line across the middle and have a celtic knot representing birds in the center. One of my friends liked the design so much for the fundraiser quilt that he commissioned me to do the same one for him too. :) Our fundraiser theme is Wind Beneath Their Wings (I know, so lame) and is for our bald and golden eagles...the quilt is my way of representing flight cause I'm not putting a big flippin eagle across the quilt like the committee wants. :rotfl:

How about, "I'm not running, I'm chasing, did you see Edward?"

I'm signed up for the full marathon too! Those shirt slogans look like a fun idea.

proof Rob washes his hair! It is still wet :rotfl:

Aww, too cute!

Hmm,

"The Volturi are behind me!"

"Forks Track Team"

"Think I'm fast now, wait until I'm a vampire."

How about, "I'm not running, I'm chasing, did you see Edward?"

Those are great! I may have to make a shirt of my own.

That is beautiful! Great job! :thumbsup2

Actually, if you think about it the Tattoo makes sense. A lot of Native American tribes (or native tribes in many countires) would use primitive tattooing techniques to mark certain occasions or membership in a tribe. It is certainly a different type of thing than the white Joe Schmoe down the street getting Babe tattooed on his arm. It may be a throwback to that culture.

Hmm, good point.

that quilt is SO nice.. further reinfoces why I keep buying others quilts instead of braving making my own

Thanks!

One of the reasons I started quilting is that I hated all the bed coverings available in stores - comforters, bedspreads, quilts you name it.

Ironically, I rarely make quilts for myself. I have big plans, I just never get to them. :)
