That's an interesting question. She's described as very short, like 4'10" and beautiful yet androgynous looking. So maybe she was only 10 or 12 when she was changed. How about Dakota Fanning? She's got the pretty yet striking facial structure, and she's surprisingly mature in her acting abilities. When I saw the trailer for Push, I was thinking that she is looking older yet not adult yet. With the right hair and makeup, it might work.
