I ordered the boxed set when it came out, so now I have two copies of everything. One set is able to be loaned out and my nice boxed set does not leave my possession!

That's a good plan. I already have 3 people lined up waiting to borrow my books. I've never had a demand for loaning out books before!

what?? that wouldnt make any sense...i think its a typo because in 4 years all of them will definitely look older...the only one that will benefit is jacob...oh well now that I think about it ....they could make it and shelve it for a couple years... ...last I heard they werent sure if they were going to do BD because of Nessie

Talking about the soundtrack- I finally got around to actually paying attention to the words to Go All The Way (the first song at prom). Okay, I tend to overlook a lot of innuendo or not understand it so I thought I would ask you all- is it just me or is that song very unsubtle and dirty?!

well I buy most of my books so I definitely say buy them...the only books I rent are bad cheesy chick lit books that I have no intention of reading again...everything else I buy...

the entire first season is based only on Book 1(and I have to say loosely because there are things that happen on the show that are so far from storylines in the book and characters that are on the show that don't show up until later books).

Oh wow. So which should I do first..read the books or watch the show??

well what I have heard (and it was from an interview with Stephenie)was that they were still up in the air as to whether they actually "could" film it...that CIG wasnt as developed as they would need it to be for Nessie...it was guaranteed to do New Moon and Eclipse but that was it....I havent heard anything else on the subject since then....anybody heard anything else about it??? ok so heres my thoughts on it....if they cant make BD for whatever the reasons are, I think they will make eclipse extend out longer and they will incorporate the wedding into the movie and will show them going off into twilight together....any other takers??? I want us all to remember what we said and see if any of it actually happens the way we call it

I personally think that's a great idea, but I really don't think that would happen. Stephenie has repeatedly said she's trying to keep the movies very close to the books, and merging BD and Eclipse would completely go against that. I'm curious to see what's going to happen, but am REALLY rooting for a BD! Can someone say ISLE ESME?!?!?

Hmm, I'm a software engineer and not a graphics person, but I'd bet they could do it if they found the right director to shoot it. She's actually out of the picture for a good bit of the story until Bella changes and then she looks like an older baby, if they kept her off screen a bit and had the suggestion of her for a while then they could use a little girl.

I'm hoping they use less CGI and find a more creative solution - I'm picturing a jarjar binks Nessie and I'm frightened.

I think they need her to resolve the Jacob/Edward/Bella triangle....so that's my guess.

IF they go with Dakota Fanning for Jane, she's the one they'll have the most problems with, because she'll age the most, having just turned 15.

I think BD is definitely possible to make! Granted it would take lots of work and $$$, but I think it would be worth it!
