if you look at the ground when she slips, it looks like she slipped on ice not mud. It would explain the clean bum.

...Nobody has said anything but did you guys notice how during lunch at the school emmett is chewing???:rotfl:

i didn't notice that at all, but i plan on seeing it a third time on wednesday. i read an interview with kellan lutz that he expected the goof in the movie because every take he couldn't help but eat what was in front of him. :teeth:

i am going to try and pay attention to the tv in the hospital room too. the only major goof i noticed was their contact lenses. there were so many close ups of edwards and bella's eyes that i couldn't help but notice.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I do have a question.....why would they show the fight scene on the tv in the hospital? I don't get that. :confused3

Hopefully I will see it today, and will be on the lookout for anything!!!

No idea. I noticed that the last time I saw it. Maybe it's to convey Bella trying to remember what happened. :confused3

This twilight movie is the best movie I have ever seen! Kirsten Stewart and Robert Pattinson have the best chemistry on set that I have ever seen in a movie! They really made me believe that they were truly in love. I have not read any of the Twilight books but because of this movie, I'm going to!

What do we do with this strange addiction? Is there any hope???:confused3

Nope. :worship: to the allmighty Twilight.

When I go upstairs every night to bed, I fully expect Edward to be waiting, and am a little disappointed when he's not there!!! :scared1:

Just finished the second book on to the third. Poor DD wasn't finished with the 3rd one but since she spends a lot more time on the computer than I do I stoled it from her. I'm bad.

Did anybody notice that the first night she "dreams" of Edward when she turns on the lamp the beaded curtain on her window is subtly moving? He was definitely there ;).

I agree! I would love to see the cast on Oprah, I'm sure her interview would be so much better and not entirely about her
I can't see Oprah agreeing to interview them. It's not a movie based on an ethereal book like she likes. Plus, the book was very good. In my experience with her books, she doesn't like good ones all the time. ;)

Again with the pushing me to see it the 4th time! :headache: My DH has decided to take all Monday's off unitl the end of the year. Maybe I can talk him into it!

Cute! I am really excited to hear what you thought of the movie compared to the book as a "read the book after the movie" person!

Alright, I'm going to grow some mer-wings and swim down under the sea and take you myself if you don't get to see it soon!

ok now I started thinking about that and focused really hard during the scenes of him being in the room with her and they didnt move at all...I swear my eyes were glued to the window and nothin!!

Re: Emmett chewing-- I thought in Midnight Sun, when Edward takes a bite of the pizza when Bella dares him... Meyer explained that a bit better. "Of course we'd had to perfect this part of the deception" and she does a good job of describing how icky it is for him and how he'd have to gag it back up later. Eww. And actually, this makes MUCH more sense to me than in the first book, when Bella sees them for the first time. They are supposed to be "blending in" with the crowd, but they sure don't do a very good job of it, because right away Bella sees Alice get up with her untouched food and dump it- "unbitten apple, unopened soda." This never made sense to me. You would think they'd open the sodas, pretend to take bites and hide it in napkins, etc. instead of sitting in front of untouched food and dumping it. That's just weird. By the fourth book, they are explaining to Bella how to "act human" around Charlie; i.e. blink, fidget, move, cross legs, etc. Yet in the first lunchroom scene they look away from each other, don't talk, and ignore the food in front of them. Bella may be exceptionally observant, but in my opinion you'd have to be an idiot not to notice how weird that is.

I noticed in the movie that they talked about the cold skin but not about its being hard, like stone-- that would be much harder to pull off. Sorry, Edward's lips do not seem hard when he's smooching Bella! ;)

I could comment on Sunnyday's "Edward waiting for me upstairs" thing, but... well... any of you other old-comfortably-marrieds have a little upswing in that department after reading a few of the steamier portions? DH is like, "Whoa, where did that come from? Not that I'm complaining!" :rotfl: Sorry, TMI. :rolleyes1

Oh yeah......DH has been happy since my Edward obsession!! ;)

I saw it!! I saw it!!! I saw it!! I bribed her with a hershey bar, m&m's, and taking her Ds. To the movies, not away! I also bought her nachos.

She LOVED it!!!! The entire time her eyes were glued to the screen, unless she was asking me a question. On the way home she said, "there are more books, right?" When I told her there were, she asked if they were making more movies. I said yes, and she said, "cool". I am so proud! :lovestruc

Back to me. I LOVED it!!! When :lovestruc Edward:lovestruc walked into the cafeteria, I seriously had to restrain myself from jumping up and yelling "There he is!!" As it was I watched the entire movie with a huge grin on my face. At one point DD asked what I was smiling at. *sigh* My bf you silly girl.

I am pretty sure he did mouth "I love you" in the garage, but I think it was to me, not Bella. :rotfl: Didn't notice any curtains moving, but I will be seeing it again so I'll check it out. The only thing I didn't care for was when Bella walked into biology for the first time and the fan was blowing. It just seemed cheesy. Oh one more thing I didn't care for. The ENDING. I just like them to follow the endings in books more closely. I'm still mad at Robert Redford for changing the end of The Horse Whisperer.

I thought Robert Pattinson ( my new bf by the way ) was great, and Kristen Stewart was pretty good as Bella.

I saw it!! I saw it!!! I saw it!!

:dance3: :cheer2: :yay:
