Just finished...I am crying right now, but i'm not sure it's because I loved the ending so much and it was so beautiful (and it was) or if it's because I'm going to miss these books so much.

I just finished as well. Went to the concert- it was great and the release party was madness. I spent the last 24 hours reading, sleeping and occasionally eating. WOW.

I was so tired yesterday. It was after 11pm before I even was able to open the book and only got 30 pages or so into it. I did read that first chapter before, but I wanted to refresh myself with every detail.

Now that we've all read BD, what do you think about the new book coming out in Dec? The Twilight saga Official Guide. I had no idea a book like that was coming out.

Also, any speculations as to when Midnight Sun will be out?

I feel kind of sad that the series has come to an end. Now I can just obsess over the movies!LOL(hopefully they will go ahead and make them all)

I'll white out my answer so my prediction doesn't spoil anything for anyone:

I can totally see Stephanie Meyer creating a new series around Jacob and Nessie.

As for the movies, I don't think they should turn Breaking Dawn into a movie. All through the book I kept thinking, this just wouldn't work on-screen. It works for the book, not a movie.

well seeing as I've still been leery as to the way it looks like Twilight will be as a movie, I'm not sure about any of the rest of the books...I"m just worried enough about Twilight being all wrong. Oh well, I feel like the way I imagine the characters in my head is so much better than I see them in the trailers and scenes...But I'll give it a try.

She has already talked about that actually. She says it would have to be two movies and then joked about poor Kristen and then things she is going to make her do.

Well, I would watch the movie, but I think a lot of people would be bored. Not much actually happens.

IMO BD would make a great movie. As I was reading it I could clearly see the scene with the volturi in it with some awesome special effects but New moon and Eclipse not so much! I liked the books but not that much goes on I mean most of it just takes place in Bella's head!

I absolutely LOVED Breaking Dawn. I was so happy how she wrapped up everything. I started out not being a fan of Bella at all. I completely changed my mind after this book. She really matured and became one of my favorite characters. I'm really sad that it's over though.

At the gym today, I was surprised at how many had it in their clutches while on the bikes or treadmills etc. I can not read and get a good workout, so I saved it for later. I'm in a few chapters.

I'm YELLING. The only time in my life I did this was with New Moon to make sure that Edward came back. Honestly, only time. I hate knowing what happens.

Well I finally finished this afternoon. Couldn't bare to drag it out any longer..though I did try! I just HATE so very much for it to be over!!!

In all honesty..I LOVED IT!! I cried a little..laughed A LOT..even got creeped out once or twice.

Hey..I even didn't mind the name so much! I HATED it at first..but then it started to grow on me..if nothing more than for the comedy it provided.

I loved Bella's reaction to EVERYONE calling her Nessie. ESPECIALLY her reaction when she found it was Jacob that started it. I laughed my head off!!

Seriously..that made the crazy name OK for me..because it was something that actually added to the story.

I'm soooo tired right now..but I can't wait to get into all of the plot points over on the BD Spoilers thread.
