So, it's not ok to oogle. Is it ok to casually glimpse for long periods of time and think oh if I were only 30 years younger. I just wanted to thank you guys for turning me onto the books. I've read them all and loved them. I also love Anne Rice. I find these books so much easier to read than AR's. Nice easy read. Can't wait for August. What really excites me (even more than pics of Edward) is my DD14. She HATES to read. I've begged her to read Twilight. She finally started and has not put the book down. She's reading it instead of watching TV. She actually started a book club with her friends.

Well I finally finished Eclipse. I loved it!

I read the other two books and liked them okay, but didn't really get into the series until Eclipse. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the next book. August, you say? That's a long way away!

I read Twilight and LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It wasn't the vampire aspect but the love story that grabbed me. When I started NewMoon I did something I never do, spoilers coming
I skimmed ahead to find out if Edward came back. I was sooooo mad that he was not in the 2nd book. I figured the 2nd book was just another "adventure" with them more together as a couple. I started Eclipse last night and am liking it so far.

I am also an Anne Rice fan and don't think you can compare these two at all. Its like apples and oranges, both fruit but that where the similarities end. Anne's book are so much more in depth and, sorry, but better written. I hope I love Eclipse as much as Twilight........
