Finished "Twilight" in 2 evenings---so I am hooked and desperately wanting the second book!
Unfortunately where we live I'll have to wait about a week....what will I do until then?!

I was not prepared for the fact that Edward leaves right near the begining of New Moon I am so glad I know what will happen but that was very hard and yes I cried.

DD and I really liked him in Beautiful People!

I can't say that I can really picture him as Jasper so much..maybe because we had more of say Trent Ford in mind, but he is really growing on me!

I know I read that too- I am hoping that they keep to the book but maybe they will touch upon the fact that Rosalie was made for Edward but because there was no attraction she fell in love with Emmett. They might play up a little of the jealously card with Rosalie towards Bella - I hope not too much though.

Hey guys, I finally bought Twilight this weekend and started reading it Monday night. I love it so far and can't hardly put it down. I am a big fan of vampire novels. I love Anne Rice, so when I read how much you guys loved these books, I knew I would too. Thanks for the recommendation. I am loving it and can't wait to read more.

OMG- you will not believe what happened to me today while finishing Eclipse. I bought it at Target yesterday and stayed up late reading it. Today when I had some free time I picked it back up and continued reading. I was totally engrossed in it, and after I read to the end of pg.568, I started on 569 but it didn't make sense. I looked down at the pg. # and it said 531!!! I thumbed ahead, and after it got to pg 568 again, it was MISSING 32 PAGES!!!
There was no way I could wait until later to exchange it, so I drove 20 minutes to Target, hoping that all the copies weren't missing pages! Luckily, the other copies were fine!

The exact same thing happened to my daughter! She bought her copy of Eclipse at Target and I think she was about 340 pages into when she noticed that the next 32 pages were exact repeats of the previous 32. They seemed surprised at Target and didn't give her any problems about returning it and her other copy was fine...luckily...it was the last one. I thought it was just a fluke but maybe not.

Another fan here! Just finished all three of DD16's books in five days! We loved reading the first chapter of Edwards' perspective on Stephanie Meyer's website.
Can't wait for book 4 and the movie!
