I read a post on another board asking how to get the chocolate strawberry/Chocolate Mickey platter delivered to your room in the GF. Another poster replied that it was complimentary and that you got it automatically.

I stayed at the GF for one night before and don't remember getting this, and am wondering if anyone knows anything about it? If it's not complimentary, I'm assuming the WDW florist could organise it (at a cost).

Any replies appreciated.

I'm curious myself about this, as I will be staying there this summer. If its not complimentary, I would love to arrange it so it could be sent to my parents room for their arrival. Can someone fill us in about this?? :) Thank you!!

The only thing I can find is that it's listed on the room service menu of the Yacht and Beach club for 39.99 (a little steep for chocolate and strawberries IMO), so I can't see it being complementary.(http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/menuybcrooma.html see Main Mouse half way down the page).

Anyone else know anything about this- I'll revisit the thread in question and ask about it.

They featured the tuxedo strawberries on the show "Great Hotels" on the Travel Channel. The host had them in her room when she arrived but I don't remember if she mentioned asking for them to be delivered or not. That episode airs June 23rd at 12:30 pm eastern time, so you may want to check it out. I think you have to have them arranged to be delivered - if they are complimentary, it's probably only for concierge or suites, not the standard rooms.
Hope this helped a little!
