Anyone rented lately? Do you pay disney cruise or the tux company?

You pay them. The stateroom host will have your items in your room when they open or shortly after and if you need any alterations he'll take care of it. Then you just leave it in the room at the end and he'll return it. Last time was in 2014. We've done if for 3 cruises and always been happy with them.

Depending on when you are cruising, we were able to buy DH a really nice tux from Men's Warehouse on clearance (after New Years sale)...for about half the price of the DCL rental rate.

We rented a bunch of stuff from Cruiseline Formalwear last November. After filling out the online form, the called me to explain the details and I paid with a credit card at that time. The person on the phone asked one of their tailors about measurements and got back with an answer right away. Everything was very easy and uncomplicated, I'd definitely recommend them.
