Have never been to either. Which would you choose & why?

Been to both, prefer VN because of better food and service.

We have been to both.

Via Napoli - way too loud and noisy. We are NY pizza snobs, so we didnt care for the pizza. Asked for the salad and they said, after much of a hassle, they would give it to us since dh was ordering pizza, but its only suppose to be for 2 people ordering pizza.

Service was way slooow. We even missed Illuminations because of it. Waiter disappeared and we had to wait forever for the drink refills

My eggplant entree was more like an appetizer serving compared to regular restraunts we eat at.

Only good thing about it: entertainment watching them make the pizzas and the pizza oven

Tutto Italia - fun waiters and bigger portions. More expensive. Better decor, atmosphere etc.

Been to Tutto twice. Both times (party of nine, party of 13) had very disappointing food. I was embarrassed that I booked the ADR for everyone that last time.

Via Napoli was awesome! It is the first place on our list next time we go. Great pizza! Great salad! I really don't feel VN and Tutto are trying to be the same kind of restaurant...they are very different.

We enjoyed Via Napoli so much that it is on our must do list for next time.

We've never been to either and I booked our ADR for Tutto just from the menu and pictures of the restaurant. Glad I did, now I can't wait! :woohoo:

I've eaten lunch at both and each was very good in their own way. It largely comes down to what you feel like eating. VN's focus is on the pizza (which I liked) and Tutto seemed to focus on non-pizza dishes. At VN, I had the calamari appetizer and the prosciutto e melone pizza. The calamari was absolutely amazing and the pizza was thin-crust and good. At Tutto I had a prosciutto pasta dish, which was pretty good (a bit to heavy on the cream for me), but my Mom's braised beef dish was really yummy. I liked the entrees and main dishes at both places, but the desserts at Tutto were amazing.

Tutto was disappointing and awesome? :confused3

I have never been to either, but have both on my list of planned ADRs to book this coming Friday.

Via Napoli for pizza :thumbsup2
Tutto Italia for an Italian meal :)

We had a fabulous lunch at Via last month. Arancini & Calamari appetizers; margherita pizza & chicken pasta entrees. Tiramisu & Zeppole for dessert. Everything was incredible yummy; our waiter was adorable and barely spoke English. Do try the Acqua Fresca...the blood orange one was so delicious (just wish it had been included on the dining plan.)

I have never been to Tutto, but have seen several review where they suggest Via is better for lunch and Tutto for dinner. I will definitely go back to Via...I'm sure we'll try Tutto sometime soon as well just to see for ourselves.

VN or Tutto? My main dish that I want to try is the Meat Lasagna at Tutto? The problem is the rest of the menu will not do for my family. at Via Napoli they have pizza DS favorite plus Chicken or Veal Parm which is a family fav. I guess I will just scheduke Via Napoli and forget about the
Lasagna. They do have it but it is Veg Lasagna with spinach! No cant do that. The other issue is that we are already doing Chicken Parm at Mama Melrose so thats why I really wanted the lasagna from Tutto. Suggestions? Can I possibly get a meat Lasagna at Via Napoli (no spinach)? or should I just give up on the whole Italy idea?

I would NEVER go to Tutto ever again we went there once and there was hair in my pasta!! It was horrible I was soo grossed out! And I must say I dont mind spending extra money on food but has to be worth it and hair in my food isnt worth it at all!!!

Yuck!!!!!!!!!! That should never happen at a fancy restaurant like that. Did they replace the dish for you? That's disgusting.

We have been to Tutto twice in past, Was fair at best. Just for a change were doing VN this visit.

Sorry, should have mentioned this would be for dinner. 4 adults, no kids.

My vote is for Tutto. We went there for the Candlelight Processional this past December and loved it! I thought everything was really really good.

We also went to VN on the same trip for dinner. I thought our appetizer and desserts were excellent but the pizza just wasn't my style.

Good luck!

Is Tutto somewhat slower and relaxed? I was hoping to take my wife there for a just the 2 of us meal in October I'm not looking for super romantic but I would like a break for the 2 of us to relax and eat.

We've been to Tutto's twice and the food is excellent:thumbsup2believe it or not, we experienced "service overdose" this past trip here. It seemed every 2-3 minutes someone would stop by to ask how we liked it, did we need anything, filled up already filled water glasses, etc....we kinda got the giggles because it began to get a bit bothersome. DS and DD want to try Mexico this trip, so we're going to give Tutto's a rest.
