Dinner or lunch?

Rose and Crown - our tried and true fave
Tutto Italia - never been but we like Italian food
Chefs de France - never been, but food sounds good We like the idea of being able to see Remy.

Which would you pick? We could do lunch or dinner. Which is better?

We are on the dining plan.

If I were to do Chefs de France, I'd prefer it at twilight or later and be near a window.

Can't wait to try the food there soon, myself.

Why not branch out and skip Rose and Crown?

Definitely Tutto for dinner. They have the best lasagne. Chefs de France would be a close 2nd for me.

Chefs de France is yummy, and Remy is adorable!! :)

Thats what I was thinking. The inlaws are coming with us, and its Dh's favorite place, but I think I just want to do the counter service fish and chips for him. :)

why would you choose around twilight near a window? curious.

It's just a beautiful area. Esp. with the fountain right there and the bridge from the U.K. Sunset would be nice to see and just the lights through the windows at night. And if you're lucky enough for a seat next to the window facing the lagoon, then a nice viewing spot for Illuminations.

As for Remy, I read from one of the much-respected veterans up here that Remy is only out at lunch times. If that's changed, that would be awesome!

I have eaten at all of these and really enjoy them all but if I could only do one, it would probably be Tutto Italia for dinner, followed closely by Chefs for lunch to see Remy! We missed Tutto last trip so it would be a must for us next trip!

So... I've beenr eading lots of reviews, and it seems that there is conflicting information on when Remy appears at Chef's. Some reviews say he was there for lunch, some say he was there for dinner as well. Does anyone know where I can find concrete info on this? I can't find anything on the disney dining site.

We have done both for dinner. Twice we were lucky to get the window seat for illuminations at Chefs de France. It was just dh and I. Once for our anniv. and in dec. I think the cast member was happy dh checked in a little early. He commented to dh about how happy he is when people check in early??

I would pick tutto for dinner if on the dining plan. The service is good as well as the atmosphere and food. If you are having a b day the waiters will sing to you. We heard them 3 times during our meal and it was fun.
