Tutto Italia - new menu?

I was looking here http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?Restaurant.ID=86 and saw that Tutto Italia's menu has been updated. The options are very scaled back, and my favorites are gone. Has anyone eaten here recently and can confirm these changes?

I noticed that a few days ago and changed my reservations to VN.

Wow, that really is scaled back! Two of the pasta dishes and one of the apps that we had in January are gone.

I can't believe how much it is changed. There seem to be more options for lunch, which is odd.

I had the short ribs and my husband had the stuffed porkchop when we last ate there. They are both gone now. The short ribs were awesome, Such a bummer. Disney dining is really going downhill.

Ugh...I don't know that I could find a entree there that I wanted now. Maybe I'll switch to Via Napoli...

Seems like a good opportunity to try Via Napoli! I prefer it to Tutto Italia anyway. I wonder if Via Napoli's popularity has forced Tutto to scale back.

It's possible that it's not the complete menu. Via has experienced cutbacks as well, but they're less drastic.

I am not impressed either. We have an adr booked for May. I am also wondering if you can order a lunch entree for dinner?

I like the pasta with the peas and see its only on the lunch menu.

Ewww...I guess I'm going with Via Napoli for my next trip. I've always wanted to try it anyways.

While it says it's been updated, I wouldn't count the old menu out until someone can confirm it. When I ate there back in January the wdwinfo site had a very similar, limited, menu. But when I got there there was much more on the menu.

All of mine and DH's favorites are there but they are split between lunch and dinner... will have to see if anyone can confirm as we had planned this twice in Sept.

The pork chop was outstanding!! I didn't book it for our August trip because they removed it from the menu... Bummer.

That's what I am hoping. I booked it TWICE for my next trip, because I loved the options there so much. I am not going to cancel the reservations until things are confirmed.

I agree.

Unless we get a first hard report by someone on these boards, I would not jump to conclusions about what the menu says. It is important to remember that unofficial sites can and DO have incorrect information. This happened on allears and the 'Ohana menu not that long ago.

This is one of the first restaurants I picked for our upcoming trip. The new menu really isn't appealing to me. I'd probably change my ressie if I knew this was true.

I'm with you--we always go there on our arrival day to celebrate my DH's birthday.
He loved the lamb chops--they were gone last year. He had the steak which he enjoyed very much. It's not on the new menu. I've always been happy with the veal ravioli with sage and butter. I don't see that either.
I really hope the posted menu is an abbreviated menu.
By the way--does anyone know if they have a daily special there? I never paid attention before.

The title of this post scared me! We love Tutto Italia and go on every trip. We have a ressie for our up coming trip in Aug, but thankfully our favorites are still on the menu!.

I also wouldn't cancel my ressie just based on that menu until more reports from DIS'ers are posted.
