I just checked the dinner menu at Tutto Italia at wdwig.com and it lists the family style dinner at $59.00 per person. Isn't that a bit (okay WAY) pricey? Or am I missing something?

This place seems crazy! I don't see anything tantalizing AT ALL on the menu, and the prices are sky high. What is going on with that restaurant?

And how do they justify that 9 years old and younger is $18.95 while your 10 year old is $60????

The pasta must be at least one, if not more, of the below
. . . imported and very-ultra-grade
. . . enough to load a wheel barrow
. . . hand cut and carved with a diamond blade
. . . impregnated with steroids (I think Barry Bonds eats this)

Does anyone know if this restaurant is 1 or 2 TS credits?? I thought it was one but I can't believe they would keep it that way if the prices were that outrageous. I would love to hear from someone that has eaten there. Is the food even close to being worth those prices?!??

Copetta Sotto Bosco - Berries, Zabaglione cream gelato, and chocolate sauce. - $14.00 -This is about as tantalizing as a dessert gets! It's really good.

I must agree that the place is overpriced, but at one table service credit it's the best deal at WDW on the meal plan.

Compared to menu prices it's a "great value." But, in terms of the quality of the meal, it's not any better of a "value" for your one credit than many other WS restaurants.

I'd love to know the WS restaurants that you believe offer a better "value." And don't say Le Cellier, because while the service and entrees may be better, the appetizers and desserts are really weak.

We will not eat here even on the dinning plan. For one there prices are nuts. I got at the Italian grocery store last week pasta very nice stuff, packed in fancy packaging it was no more than $3.00 – $6.00 a pack. Enough to feed 4-6 people. Also we had a lot of great, awesome dinners at Alfredo's and I’m still ticked on it closing. At lease we got to eat there this spring for the last time.

Pricey tho it may be, it'll probably be a mecca for 1 TS credit diners. Who will be thinking about all the $$ they are saving, relatively speaking.
Must say tho that many of the reviews I've read have been pretty good.
For me, if I want "better" Italian dining, I'll probably go with Il Mulino. High also, but with a more extensive menu.

Didn't we beat this arguement to death on the "$12.00 canoli" thread. Reviews have been 50/50, some very good, some just OK. I generally don't try to compare Disney restuarants to what I can get on the "outside", of course you can always eat cheaper at your local italian rest. I'll give it one try (I like trying new restuarants), if the food is good I'll go back, if not- it won't be the first disappointing over priced meal I've had at Disney.

You summed it up very well!
